Engineering
The process starts with the preparation of a technical project incl. technical pilot studies in which the current processes are planned. HBH prepares virtual prototypes, different types of simulations such as crash tests and material loads as well as studies of aerodynamics and driving dynamics. A comprehensive engineering design with e.g. chassis, power train, body, interior and exterior can thus be started as a physical prototype.
Construction
HBH produces prototypes, One Off's as well as pre-series. The production of prototypes can be based on a design and technical project prepared by HBH, or based on a technical description prepared by the customer.
